Product Introduction

The FLC100 radar level gauge is a frequency-modulated continuous wave (FMCW) radar product operating in the 76-81 GHz range, supporting both four-wire and two-wire applications. Multiple models are available.

The product's maximum range can reach 120m, with a blind zone of 8cm. Due to its higher operating frequency and shorter wavelength, it is particularly suitable for solid-state applications. Its lens-based electromagnetic wave emission and reception method offers unique advantages in high-dust and harsh temperature environments (+200℃). The instrument offers flange or threaded mounting options for easy and convenient installation.

 

Features

• Based on our self-developed CMOS millimeter-wave RF chip, we achieve a more compact RF architecture, a higher signal-to-noise ratio, and a smaller dead zone.
• The 5GHz operating bandwidth enables the product to have higher measurement resolution and accuracy.
• With a minimum antenna beam angle of 3°, interference in the installation environment has less impact on the instrument, making installation more convenient.
• With a shorter wavelength, it has better reflective properties on solid surfaces.
• It supports remote debugging and remote upgrades, reducing waiting time and improving work efficiency.
• It supports Bluetooth debugging on mobile phones, making it convenient for on-site personnel to perform maintenance work.
