WV Series Vibration-Resistant Vortex Flow Meter

 

Product Introduction

The Wv series anti-vibration vortex flowmeter is the only product certified by a legally recognized third-party testing agency for its strong resistance to mechanical vibration, wide measuring range, and low pressure loss performance. It has won the China Instrument and Control Society's highest award for interference resistance and is a product of the Ministry of Science and Technology's Small and Medium Enterprise Innovation Fund's non-compensated funding project for its internationally leading anti-vibration capabilities.

Product development is based on 20 years of experience manufacturing and serving nearly 100,000 vortex flow meters. It covers vortex flow meter system innovation, builds leading capabilities in all aspects including field adaptability, sensors, and signal processing, and truly presents the advantages of vortex flow meters to create benefits for customers.

The products are divided into two major series: Wv-p and Wv-i. The Wv-p series is used for flow measurement in pipelines from DN10 to DN300, while the Wv-i series is used for flow measurement in pipelines from DN200 to DN4000. With a wide range of options, they better serve customer needs.

  • Revolutionary vibration interference resistance: thanks to the sensor structure and patented signal processing system based on interference signal spectrum feature identification, it achieves high sensitivity in accurately measuring air flow at normal temperature and pressure with a flow rate as low as 4 m/s, and immunity to omnidirectional mechanical vibration interference with a strength of up to 2g.
  • Leading interference resistance significantly extends the measurement lower limit. The robust main transmitter boasts an 80:1 range ratio performance, thanks to a product-leading anti-vibration dry sensor ensuring structural safety at high flow rates. A high-performance amplifier with a fully differential structure and a patented high dynamic range vortex signal amplifier enable the construction of a high dynamic range, wideband signal processing system required for a wide range ratio.
  • Leading energy-saving performance—the dual-generator structure with a low pressure loss significantly reduces pressure loss, thereby reducing the flow resistance coefficient by 0.8~1.22: the unique energy consumption of the conveyor directly creates energy-saving benefits for customers.
  • Excellent field adaptability: strong resistance, excellent electromagnetic interference resistance, highly reliable sensors with high precision in the field, and better resistance to contamination.
