The DYNAmas is an industrial flow meter used to measure the velocity, concentration, and mass flow rate of solid powders and particles during pneumatic conveying or gravity feeding. Its pipe-section sensor detects material concentration in real time based on the capacitance principle and measures particle velocity non-contactly using electrostatic charge induction technology, eliminating the need for on-site calibration. The NAcon transmitter automatically integrates velocity, concentration, and pipe diameter data to calculate and output high-precision mass flow rate, providing dual analog signals (4~20 mA) and three relay outputs. The device is equipped with a four-line LCD display and a button-operated interface, suitable for continuous monitoring and control of industrial processes.
